First class catering was founded on a simple principle - that the crux of every event - big or small, formal or casual- is great food. 

As the son of lifetime restaurateurs, Caleb Blackerby came home from college with a business degree and a great love of food.  Using the kitchen at Blackerby’s Hangar 5 for over seven years, hundreds of weddings, thousands of corporate events - The First Class Catering team has refined a seamless service style that will make every event a success.

Caleb founded First Class Catering in 2013 under the premise that professionally served, great food should be the foundation of every event.

In the years since, First Class Catering has expanded across the state.

Caleb has grown a team of exceptional event managers and chefs who will ensure that your event is perfectly aligned with your vision.

He believes that a unique perspective and love of food can help elevate your wedding to an event people will be talking about for years to come.
