May 15, 2021: The Hammmetts
We have the opportunity to meet couples looking for a wide variety of meals. Some know the exact dishes they want. Others just ask us to impress them – and one of our First Class Events brides, Chloe, did just that! In the Tik Tok generation, station weddings are on the rise – and First Class Catering is ready to help! We gladly accept any opportunity to try new dishes and be creative. Adding an interactive guest experience onto the food side of your wedding ensures that everyone will be entertained all night!
Chloe and Seth held their reception May 15, 2021 at the Cardinal Room.We started the day with a bridal brunch board, followed by boxed lunches for everyone while they got ready. Dinner service debuted our parmesan cheese wheel station – one of our favorite additions to our menus. Cacio e Pepe is sauteed by a chef and placed into a cheese wheel, rolled around to coat it in melted cheese, and placed on our guests plates fresh. Additionally, we featured our filet slider carving station with roasted potato wedge cones – including house-made sauces like pesto, garlic aioli, fresh ketchup, and maple whole grain mustard. These stations allowed our guests to sample a little bit of everything, or go all-in on a pasta or slider dinner depending on their taste! All of our stations involve live cooking and our wonderful chefs on site at the wedding (they’re typically behind the scenes).
At First Class Catering, we often say there is no menu that will make 100 people happy – so choose your favorites. However, a well designed and diverse station menu can get pretty close! We also love our raw bar, grazing tables, and biscuit bars – so call us today to start designing your custom menu!
