The Smith/Swift Wedding

The Smith/Swift Wedding ranks in our all time favorite events. We met the couple at their tasting in the early Fall of 2020. Things were looking up with COVID restrictions at the time, but by November, we had to make some major changes... venue changes. Working with such an amazing and positive couple made the process easier on everyone, and the day went seamlessly!

We worked out of a new venue, and it was our first wedding using the simultaneous service style. Our staff came in for special training the week before the wedding to practice setting plates at the right time, memorizing drink orders and menus, and they did amazing! ( We have the best staff)

We couldn't have asked for a better team.
