Fill out our contact form and give us an idea of what you're looking for at your event.


Phone Consultation

The next step is a private consultation

where we go over the details of the day and plan a tasting menu. 


Private Tasting

After your consultation, we invite you to sign up for a private tasting where you will spend an hour with one of our event directors.

You can ask questions, discuss different menu options and pricing, and most importantly, try our food!


Build Your Perfect Menu

After your tasting, we ask that you take some time to think over your options. Once you have an ideal menu in mind, we'll send you a proposal and get you officially booked as a First Class Catering client!


What's Next?

30 Days Before Your Event

Fill out your 30 Day Form!

Send us all of the details regarding your timeline, vendors, etc.

8 Days Before Your Event

Submit your final guest count. Include all details regarding dietary restrictions, kid's meals, and any final information.

5 Days Before Your Event

Sign off on your BEO (Banquet Event Order)

This confirms all of the details our team has regarding your event.

1 Day Before Your Event

For standard events, your invoice will be sent the day before. We accept payments by check or card. Events that have consumption or cash bars may receive their invoice the following day.

Event Day!

Enjoy your day! Our team will be behind the scenes working hard to ensure that your event goes by seamlessly.

Final payment isn't due until event day!
